1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

Returns or exchanges are accepted only if the product is damaged during transit or received in a defective condition.

To request a return or exchange, customers must provide:

• A continuous 360-degree unpacking video starting before opening the sealed package and continuing until the product is fully unpacked.
• The video must clearly show the shipping label, sealed package, and the damaged product without any cuts or edits.
• Clear photographs showing the damage or defect.

Please Note: A 360-degree unpacking video is mandatory for any return or exchange request. Requests submitted without this video will not be eligible for approval.

2. Non-Returnable Cases

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for:

• Change of mind.
• Dislike of the product.
• Personal preference regarding color, design, size, or fabric.
• Incorrect product selection by the customer.
• Minor variations in color or texture caused by lighting, photography, or differences in screen/display settings.

These are not considered manufacturing defects.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

• Once an order has been confirmed and paid for, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded.
• Refunds will be processed only if a valid damaged-product claim is approved after reviewing the required 360-degree unpacking video and supporting photographs.
• If an exchange is possible, we reserve the right to provide a replacement instead of issuing a refund.
