• We currently ship across India.

• At this time, international shipping is not available

• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after order confirmation.

• Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

• In case of high order volumes or unforeseen circumstances, processing may take slightly longer. Customers will be informed if there is any significant delay.

3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery timelines are:

• Andhra Pradesh & Telangana: 3–4 business days

• Other States in India: Up to 7 business days

Delivery timelines may vary depending on the destination, courier service, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are based on the delivery location and package weight.

• Andhra Pradesh & Telangana: ₹80 per kg

• Shipping charges for other states will be calculated at checkout based on the destination and parcel weight.

Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed during checkout.

• Our courier partner will make up to two delivery attempts.

• If the order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, incorrect contact details, or customer unavailability, the shipment may be returned to us. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch
